Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The instructions in ensuring a double blind review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

When submitting your manuscript, authors should suggest 3 potential peer reviewers (name, email, and affiliation) in the covering letter to the journal editor. Please note that the editors will not necessarily invite your suggested reviewers.

Manuscript Style

Please follow the steps outlined in the JASPE template when submitting your manuscript. These guidelines include complete descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and related information for producing your manuscript. The authors should follow a double-blind review procedure. Author names and affiliations should not be written in the manuscript. Authors must submit two versions of the manuscript; (1) a full version including all author names and affiliations, and (2) a blinded manuscript without any author names and affiliations in the text and title page. Self-identifying citations and references in the article text should either be avoided or removed.

Copyright Transfer Statement for Journal

1) In signing this statement, the author(s) grant UNIMAS Publisher an exclusive license to publish their original research papers. The author(s) also grant UNIMAS Publisher permission to reproduce, recreate, translate, extract or summarize, and to distribute and display in any forms, formats, and media. The author(s) can reuse their papers in their future printed work without first requiring permission from UNIMAS Publisher, provided that the author(s) acknowledge and reference publication in the Journal.
