Kemahiran Dan Teknologi Dalam Menghasilkan Sumber Manusia Yang Mampu Meningkatkan Mutu Kerja Dan Produktiviti(Skills and Technology in Producing Capable and Productive Work Force)

Teknologi merupakan sebuah alat yang mempengaruhi kehidupan pada masa kini terutamanya di dalam sektor pekerjaan. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pekerjaan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan prestasi pekerja. Keberkesanannya dapat diukur berdasarkan peningkatan produktiviti dan penerimaan dalam menggunakan sistem ini untuk membantu meningkatkan penghasilan produk kerja yang bermutu. Ia juga banyak membantu dalam komunikasi, meningkatkan integrasi pekerja, meningkatkan produktiviti dan penyampaian maklumat.
